With your consent, the support professional will easily guide you by taking control of your iGOvirtual™ screen in order to respond to your request or to resolve any problem that you might be having. All requests submitted verbally (telephone) or in writing (email) are automatically registered in our central request management system. This system generates a unique trouble ticket number that is attributed to your problem so you can follow its progress and resolution. A highly sophisticated tracking system is activated to manage priorities, emergencies, 2nd and 3rd level support interventions, as well as follow-up with the users who initiated the requests.
