Business Account Manager
  • Job Description: Develop new customer accounts and maintain A++ customer satisfaction
  • Essential Skills: Able to communicate effectively with business executives, prepare complex proposals and close business agreements, dynamic, team player, punctual, organized, bilingual (English and French)
  • Services and Solutions: Contracts for outsourcing, iGOvirtual™, diagnostic services, integration projects
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in the industry or related area of computer technology, university degree(s) or certificate(s) preferred
  • Remuneration: Base salary + dynamic commissions program, includes fixed amounts, based on solutions or services

Support Technician
  • Job Description: The employee will join Oriso’s customer support and remote management center (NOC) for outsourcing contracts and iGOvirtual™ services.
  • Essential Skills: MCP certification, A+ or equivalent experience (3 years+), able to communicate effectively by phone with clients, knowledge and experience in centric network technologies preferred (Microsoft Terminal Server and/or Citrix MetaFrame), resourceful, autonomous, punctual, positive thinker, excellent control of French and spoken English, keyboard dexterity
  • Services and Solutions: Outsourcing and iGOvirtual™ contracts
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years in the industry, Microsoft certification(s) preferred
  • Remuneration: Salary commensurate with level of experience and certification
