Improving Customer Service

ORISO Solutions Inc. is improving the Customer Service by putting into place a Request Management System by email. On Monday, April 20th, 2009, all requests sent via email at: support@oriso.com or by phone: 450-444-1544, option 1 or toll free number 1-877-36-ORISO, option 1, will be followed by an automatic acknowledgement of receipt with a tickt number, your new service request.
You will also receive a notification by email to see the progression of your request sent from our system. An automatic escalated procedure is set up as well complete your request as soon as possible and to regulate requests by priority of urgency and/or by the impact. The request priorities are assigned through an algorithmic program in a system that comply with the ITIL standards.
Further more, from time to time, we will send you a feedback request form by email to evaluate the quality of the service. Next month, we will activate the function that will help you navigate through our system and look for your tickets and visualize the progression of your requests.
