iGOcloud™

iGOvirtual® – Infrastructure

Private cloud environment made up of virtual servers and all necessary equipment for hosting and circulating information. It includes many components (servers, storage networks (SAN), routers, switches, firewalls) as well as hosting and telecommunication infrastructures.

iGOserve™ - Virtual servers

Created and activated on demand on the iGOvirtual infrastructure with Citrix® XenServer® technology, these hosted and dedicated virtual private servers (VPS) are prepared based on the resource allocation defined in iGOserve™ products, 100 to 600. Their CPU and RAM configurations may be increased on demand to adequately meet the customer's growing needs, all without migration or re-installation.

Each iGOserve™ can work with different operating systems and be restarted independently of the others. It is also possible to group several iGOserve™ or isolate some within a VLAN client. All SLAs and iGOvirtual® performance, availability and security standards may be applied.

iGOspace™ - Disk space

For each iGOserve™ VPS, the number of gigabytes of disk space to allocate must be precisely estimated. This space is reserved on the iGOvirtual® infrastructure and dedicated exclusively to the newly configured iGOserve™ VPS.  It can later be increased on demand to meet the customer's growing needs, without migration or re-installation.

iGOmanaged™ - Managed services

This turnkey systems administration service includes management of monitoring, performance, availability, security, maintenance, configurations and problem resolution. Calling on highly qualified systems administrators and integrators, some advanced services also include the management of the following items: redundancy; continuity assurance; change requests; documentation; capacity; conformity.

iGObackup™ - Backup

A backup service that allows the creation of secure data copies and/or the configuration of each iGOserve™.
