iGOdynamics™
iGOdynamics™ is a virtualization, hosting and deployment service for Microsoft Dynamics (GP, NAV, AX, CRM) solutions offered in SaaS mode (software as a service) or in hosted mode.
This solution includes the following characteristics:
- all the iGOenterprise™ basic services are included: infrastructures, managed services, user support and custom web portal on iGOstudio™;
- allows the virtualization, hosting and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (GP, NAV, AX), CRM, SQL server, applications .NET and Active Directory applications;
- redundant infrastructure on physical servers and SAN (Storage Area Network);
- licenses: management of Microsoft license location under the SPLA program;
- monitoring, maintenance and back-up 24/7 per the highest security standards;
- integration with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project and all other programs used by the customer (Sharepoint, Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server or Blackberry Express Server, third-party ISV or in-house programs);
- monthly turnkey package billed per user and bilingual technical support French and English).
