All users of the iGOvirtual™ service have unlimited access
to support by email and/or telephone from our support
department, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. Our experts can help you, step by step, with
any computer problem that affects your use of iGOvirtual™ or
your computer-based productivity in general.

Whatever it is, simply get in touch with us and our IT support staff will solve it. Send us your request by email or get direct telephone support by calling our support center and speaking with one of our support professionals.

With your consent, the support professional will easily guide you by taking control of your iGOvirtual™ screen in order to respond to your service request or to resolve any IT issue that you might be having. All the service or support requests submitted verbally (telephone) or in writing (email) are automatically registered in our central support request management system. This system generates a unique trouble ticket number that is attributed to your IT problem so you can follow its progress and resolution. A highly sophisticated tracking system is activated to manage priorities, emergencies, 2nd and 3rd level support interventions, as well as follow-up with the users who initiated the service requests.
